Thank you. I felt I needed to get that off of my chest. I do have a few reasons for not posting for a while, though, along with a few thoughts on not writing.

I’ve been dreaming about my Mom lately. A lot. This is still the best post I’ve ever written While you read it please think of all the moms you know, whether living now or in the past.

Moving to Western New York?

The note inside the card said to be sure to take a photo or video of the scratch-off and post it to the realtor’s Facebook page.

Being me, I decided to go one step further.

So, Gigi Jankowski of The Certo Team/MJ Peterson – you are now “famous”! (Or as famous as you can be with my limited readership, but hey, every little bit helps, right?)

Note to readers – Gigi is among the best realtors in the Western New York area, and I consider myself lucky to have found her.  She represented both my daughter and me in our recent transactions, and she is a treasure.  She gets the deal done no matter what the obstacles, and it’s done ethically and timely.  On top of her incredible knowledge and professionalism, she managed to keep us sane during the normal ups and downs of selling a house – and in my case, the stress of simultaneously purchasing a new home and enduring the mortgage process.  Trust me, my deals were more complicated than usual, but Gigi got us through it.

(My only issue is that the scratch-off was not a winner, but I’m sure that was just an oversight.)

Should you ever be in the market for Western New York real estate, give Gigi a call (click on the link above).  Be sure to let her know I referred you, and let me know you’re coming so I can meet you.  Heck, I might even buy you dinner!
