How Hot Is It?

Today, even the bunnies and squirrels seem to be hiding.

Currently, we’re at 87 degrees Fahrenheit, which is not as hot as predicted, and we’ve seen much hotter temperatures already this summer, but what with the humidity, it’s still pretty uncomfortable outside.

It’s a good day to stay in with the air conditioning and read or play videogames.  So that’s what I plan to do today, barring any unforeseen circumstances – like family members needing emergency care or something.

(Yes, that’s another story, but I’m not getting into it.  Let’s just say that as of this morning, everyone seems to be just fine.)

Even Puppy Cody doesn’t want to stay outside today.  I’m ok with that.

Enjoy your weekend, everyone.  Keep yourselves cool and hydrated if you’re in a summertime climate.

  3. Our dogs don’t want to go out either and I don’t blame them. I was up early this morning and noticed all three of them were outside. Probably because it was relatively cool. Now, though, they want A/C. Like the rest of us!

    • I think we may be going to water, too, but probably to the river instead of the lake. Have fun taking water shots, Amy. I expect yours to be awesome, as usual.

We plan on going to Isle View park soon with our bikes and cameras. Cool. And to Beaver Island too (without bikes with cameras). This is a good time of year to make the trek down to the waters ….. (smile) We actually did the lakefront when it was frozen over and walked among ice fishermen. LOL
