They get tattered surprisingly quickly. All that wind and weather, I suppose. It’s a cold, dreary day today. Put a cancellation on all the barbecues. Good day for R & R and unfurling your flag.
The funny thing is, Marilyn, that I didn’t even notice the flag was tattered until after I downloaded the photo and started working with it.
It can actually be a difficult day, for those who’ve lost family members in action. I doubt they’re in much of a mood for a barbecue.
Exactly. Too many people forget the reason behind Memorial Day.
