That is lovely, CM. Thank you for posting it, although it brought sniffles – thinking of my grand-boys…
Love you!

Aw. It actually made me sniffle, too, thinking of when my girls were little.

There’s some real wisdom there! I let a lot of things wait when my babies were young and you know what? We all survived and I got the best of things. I was there, really there. The result? Two wonderful now adult children that I am so very proud of, as well as the excellent relationship we all have as a result of setting my priorities all those years ago…
It is really so simple, I don’t understand why it is such a challenge for some.

Really? You have adult children? For some reason, I thought you were in your 20’s.
Of course, I pretty much think everyone other than me is in their 20’s.

HA! OH MY! THANK YOU EVER SO MUCH!! My children are in their 20’s. I am 53. Almost 54 (2 months from today actually) I think everyone is around my age. People who know me are often surprised to learn my age. I get a lot of “no way”s.

Not at all. You just have a young outlook on life. Most of us seniors are grumpier.
