This post is in response to Marilyn Armstrong’s Serendipitous Photo Prompt #6 on her blog Serendipity. I don’t have any antique dolls lying around, and Puppy Cody has destroyed all of her stuffed animals (vicious little beast), so I had to think of some other plastic toy. Hence the above photo of Cody enjoying the recent warm weather.
The photo may not be particularly artistic or meaningful, but hey – it’s Cody!
And the dog, at least, is American-made (no, that was not a requirement for today’s prompt – I just wanted to throw it in here.)

Cody looks great, CM. And spontaneously happy, indeed. Can’t beat a pooch thrilled after tearing yet another toy apart. 🙂

Caught that, did you? Yes, she was actually tearing it apart rather than playing with it – the underside already had a huge hole when the picture was taken. But she did enjoy herself!

Ellie B has the same trick, CM. 🙂

Cody is cute – and we forgive the destruction. I had a male Scotty terrier who destroyed three of the indestructible Kong chew toys….the BIG ones that folks give to Rottweilers. 😕

Yep, Cody gets through those King toys pretty quickly, too. There’s no such thing as an indestructible dog toy!

Love Cody. My Buzzy is never happier than when hes’s chewing on his baby .

Does Buzzy then swallow what he chews off his toy? Cody does. It gives me nightmares sometimes.

You reminded me that me dogs are depending on other people to take care of them while I’m away and I’m trying not to worry because sometimes, we really do have to get away. Good choice for Cody. Nice big purple ball.

Your dogs are fine. I’m sure you made good arrangements for their care. Enjoy your time away.
