The deadline has passed. Voting has closed on the poll, “Do you want the Flickr.com Widget on Cordelia’s Mom, Still?” (and shame on you if you were one of the non-voters!).
The results were overwhelming. 72% voted in the first two categories (“Yes! I’m dying for more Puppy Cody pictures!” [45%] and “Sure, why not. I’ve got nothing better to do with my time.“[27%])
Did anyone notice how I stacked that poll? There were more questions in favor than there were in opposition, so that any random clicks were more likely to fall into the positive category than the negative.

Even the “neutral” question (“You’re joking, right?“) could have been taken either way. By the way, that neutral category got 18%, so I’m going to split it into 9% “for” and 9% “don’t care.” Thus, my total count of positive votes is 80%. I like that count!
I am gratified that not one single person voted for “Please – spare me the agony and don’t do it!” I have such wonderful, supportive readers!
Check out the new Flickr.com widget on the right-hand side of this page, about halfway down. I have even added some new pictures to my Flickr.com account, and I will be updating that account periodically, so check back often.

Ah, but as you know, Flickr has, and will have, pictures that I don’t post on my blog, and vice versa. So everyone really needs to follow both of them! If only.

I remember voting. But I don’t remember what I clicked. I wish I could say that about all the elections in which I have voted.

Fortunately (or unfortunately maybe), the poll doesn’t tell me who clicked what, so I don’t even know for a fact who voted for the racy photos (although I have my suspicions).
